To book your private airport transfer please fill in the related section in the booking form. This service will be provided at your own charge and please note that participants will be greeted at airport arrival lobby to assist and guide for public buses and taxi stations as well as the Organizers will provide the bus sevice to symposium venue on June 10, 2019.
Arrival and departure transfers from Gdansk Airport to the hotels or symposium venue and back will be provided on request with a charge of 30 EUR one way, by car (for up to 3 passengers).
Transfer booking is made on the basis of 100% payment by credit card (we accept VISA and Mastercard) or bank transfer to Symposium Cracoviense bank account within 7 days from the day of booking. You can book your transfers together with registration for ESPN2019, by filling in the proper space in the registration form. When the payment for the transfer is received we will send you an invoice issued by Symposium Cracoviense.
